Going French Japanese-style pot-au-feu!
This winter, Fugetsu have created an alternative to a winter stew by combining their favourite udon with a French style beef stew. Pot-au-feu is ‘the quintessence of French family cuisine’ and is the most celebrated dish in France. Visit Fugest and try this delicious deeply flavorful and tender beef stew with a red wine base. Ooh, la la!

If you don’t feel like eating a big bowl of soup, curry or stew, they offer mini bowls! They are the perfect starter to warm you up. Since they are smaller bowls, you can order more of your favourite plates from the sushi train or from their vast menu.

What’s so different about Udon noodles?
Udon is chewy Japanese noodles made from wheat flour, water, and salt, typically served in a simple broth. The noodles are thicker than buckwheat soba noodles that are two to four millimetres wide and can be either flat or rounded. They serve round udon noodles and love long noodles so we can do the #liftingnoodles.
Fugetsu is open daily from 11.30 am to 10 pm, taking last orders at 9.30 pm.
