Beijing Impression is NOW OPEN
October 9, 2018
Beijing Impression is the newest eatery to join our stunning 1909 Dining Precinct on Level 3.
Diners will be transported to Beijing from the moment they walk through the door. The inviting interiors feature warm wooden accents, rustic tones and rich foliage, evoking the character and charm of the city in its most beautiful element – Autumn.
True to Northern Chinese tradition, the menu has been designed to offer a balance of both sweet and savoury flavours. Diners can indulge their senses with a deluxe seasonal offering of dishes that feature a contemporary take on some of the classics.
Guests are encouraged to tantalise their tastebuds with the stand-out Peking duck, which has been deemed one of “Sydney’s best”. Requiring two days of preparation, it is served three ways.
First up is crispy skin duck, roasted in a closed oven and lightly doused with sugar crystals. Next, diners can feast on tender duck pancakes followed by a delicious broth of duck meat paired with green vegetables and glass noodles, served in a simmering broth for the ultimate trilogy.
The restaurant spans 38 metres and holds up to 150 people. Ideal for casual dining or special occasions, plus if you’re planning a group dinner, you can enjoy the privacy of their private dining rooms.
