Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promotion is “Golden Gift Card Giveaway”.
  2. The Promotional Period commences Friday 27 March 2015 at 10:00am AEST and ends Sunday 12 April 2015 at 5:00pm AEST.
  3. To enter the Promotion, the customer must enter their unique code correctly into one of the iPads in the shopping centre. One is located on Level 2 outside the Cotton on Kids store. The other is located in the Level 3 food court..
  4. The unique codes can be collected by the customer via the following mediums sources:
    1. Market City eDM.
    2. Skyfii eDM.
    3. Market City flyer handout.
    4. With a purchase from a Market City retailer.
  5. Each individual customer will be able to collect up to 5 unique codes, one from each of the mediums listed above.
  6. Entrants must be aged 13 years or older and be able to produce proof of ID on request.
  7. On correctly entering the unique code into the iPad;
    1. the customer may win a Gift Card from Market City. Note that not all unique codes will win a Gift Card; and/or
    2. the customer may then fill out the form on the iPad to go into the draw to win the major prize
  8. There is a total of $25,000 worth of Market City Gift Cards to be won over the Promotional Period. The Gift Card’s values range from $5.00 up to $1,000 and will be available to collect from Market City information desk on Level 1 of Market City Shopping Centre.
  9. To be eligible for the Major Prize, the customer must fill out the form correctly.
  10. The major prize is $10,000. This will be given in the form of a cheque..
  11. There will be one draw for the Major Prize. This will be conducted on Monday 13 April at 12pm by Market City Shopping Centre Management.
  12. The winners of the Major Prize will be contacted by phone or email, no later than 5.30pm on the same day of the Major Prize draw.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Major Prize if the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner after four attempts by 5pm the following day using the contact details provided by the entrant.
